This page explains how the current planner handles your details. Hannon Adventure Tours must approve its full privacy notice before adding direct online submissions or analytics.
What this site does
The planner runs in your browser. Trip basics are saved only in this browser tab while you plan; the website does not receive your answers. Choosing WhatsApp passes trip basics to WhatsApp in a prefilled chat, excluding your notes and contact fields. Choosing email opens a draft with the complete plan addressed to info@hannonadventuretours.com. You decide whether to send either message.
Before online submissions are added
A future website form that sends enquiries directly will need an approved processor, retention period, deletion process, spam controls and delivery system before it goes live.
Analytics
The site includes consent-aware event names only. No analytics script is connected and no event leaves the browser. Any future analytics integration must stay off until the relevant consent state allows it.
